Bøgedal Munken Organic
Type: Dark Ale with Belgium monastery yeast
Nose: Beautiful creamy foam with a scent of slightly burned notes like in toasted rye bread. There is a fruitfulness of the orange and a scent of liquorice and alcohol. Taste: It’s dry, starting with a taste of liquorice powder and ending in English liquorice. Right behind that you can find cinnamon and cardamom.
To be aired a little in the glass and it becomes very vinous.
Pairing: Ceramic roaster with pork, dates, orange, onion, spinach and parsley. Slowfood, braised meat with muscovado sugar, sweet barbecue marinated grilled meat, blue mold with quince and dates.
Bottles 75 cl, 36,5 cl & Keykegs
